The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and port. The rooms are beautifully modern and clean. The host, Etleva, is amazing, always available and helpful. She even showed us the best place to park our car. The tips and tricks she gave us made our vacation even more mind-blowing. The train station being a 5-min walk was perfect for exploring. The property is beautifully renovated and decorated, super stylish and clean. Etleva and her brother were like old friends, giving us tons of good tips. The property had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Etleva went above and beyond, even holding our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the beach. She's not just a host, she's a friend.

All in all had fairly nice experience for the price.
Magnificent setting, new-fashioned rooms, everything was good. I liked the host and helpful staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a safe box, TV set and a mini bar fridge were useful. It had an internal bathroom. Location close to many restaurants and stores. Had a nice coffee at C'est Bon, located 5 minutes walk away...

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was near the train station and close to many restaurants and stores. It was also conveniently situated near the center of La Spezia. the hosts were very helpful and provided lots of useful tips for our stay. They even gave us a free bottle of wine upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell coming from the drain, which made it difficult to use.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the building even had an elevator to easily transport my luggage. We recently stayed at a great location in La Spezia and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and spacious stay for our family. The host, Etleva, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a washing machine. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting La Spezia!
There were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as occasional fluctuation in water pressure and temperature in the shower. Additionally, the town of La Spezia itself felt somewhat dirty and unsafe.

The location is amazing, just 250 meters from the train station. The apartment is completely new and modern, with a beautiful 18th-century entrance. The hostess, Etleva, is incredibly kind and thoughtful, going out of her way to help and provide advice. She even delivered ice to our door on a hot evening.
Felt exceptional, no reason to complain.

Best aspects of the stay were the convenient location just a short walk from the train station and the modern design of the apartment. It felt like a home away from home with all the amenities provided. the host was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They even recommended a delicious restaurant in the area. Another advantage was the secure parking facility, which provided peace of mind.
Worst aspects of the stay were the noise from neighboring apartments, which could be heard inside the room. the overall cleanliness of the shared facilities, such as the breakfast café and the bathroom, was lacking.
